I come to Coaching and the founding of SDYD (circa 2017) from 7 years spent as a Startup COO. However, that is just the tip of the iceberg!

My rag tag professional background includes years as a doula, fashion buyer and manager, shop-person, actor and model, educator, community facilitator, and (wait for it …) ballet dancer and apprentice at The American Ballet Theatre at Julliard.

Add to the above mix that I am a published writer. I hold a MFA in Creative Writing and teaches and tutors both undergraduate and postgraduate students in writing, literature, and theatre at St. Francis College in Brooklyn, New York.

There are times that I, like many of you when surveying your diverse experiences, wonder what the story is in all that? What is to be gained and gaged from all the many hats? I felt a bit of shame and confusion as to my ‘path’.

F that! All the notches are my professional stretch marks are point of sincere pride. The range and scope offer unfathomable depth to my work with and appreciation of my clients and community.

It’s about the long game. At work, in life, and with art, progress comes in measured increments. Not deep dives or one offs, SDYD coaching services are paced as an aide and tool, not a retreat, but ongoing enhancement of how and what you do.
